UEFA Champions League: Barcelona Vs Chelsea Preview
Chelsea must overcome Barcelona in the Spanish giants’ own back yard if they are to reach the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
The 1-1 draw in the first leg of this Champions League last 16 tie has given Barcelona a slight advantage over Chelsea heading into Wednesday’s meeting at the Camp Nou.
Barca boast a formidable home record in Europe, where they are unbeaten in five years with 22 wins and two draws from their last 24 games.
Chelsea are still very much in with a chance of reaching the last eight, but must score at least once against Ernesto Valverde’s La Liga leaders to stand any chance of progressing tonight.
Lionel Messi missed the weekend win over Malaga because of the birth of his son, but will return to the starting eleven here.
Team News and probable line-ups
