The Toronto Raptors beat the Milwaukee Bucks 100-94 to seal a 4-2 series win and reach the first NBA Finals in their 24-year history.

Trailing by 15 points with 2:18 remaining in the third quarter, the Raptors scored the final 10 points of the frame and went on to take a 100-94 victory at Scotiabank Arena to seal the first NBA Finals appearance in franchise history.

They will now face defending champions the Golden State Warriors in a series which starts in Toronto on Thursday.

Leonard had 27 points and 17 rebounds, Pascal Siakam added 18 points, Kyle Lowry had 17 and Fred VanVleet scored 14 for the Raptors

Antetokounmpo had 21 points and 11 rebounds for the Bucks, Brook Lopez added 18, Middleton had 14.


The NBA Finals comes to Canada for the first time when the Raptors host the Warriors on Thursday night. Toronto swept Golden State in the regular season.
